Signup Flow
Kitchenmate has succesfully lowered the bounce rate with their new landing page. However, the process of signing up was still a little overwhelming. As the sign-up form is the last hurdle a prospect needs to jump over, and it’s crucial that the hurdle is made as low and non-threatening as possible.
Therefore, I had to revamp the website by breaking up the sign up process into baby steps with a designed user onboarding series of interactions and/or instructions that help the user ease into the product’s experience.
The improvement was met with positive feedback as the amount of customers signing up increased.
